Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the all technical teams. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to drive the development and enhancement of our product offerings. The ideal candidate will ensure that all technical aspects of our products meet high standards of quality and performance, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage all the technical teams.
● Collaborative and high-performance culture within the teams.
● Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
● Provide technical guidance and support to the teams, ensuring that complex technical issues are resolved efficiently.
● Coordinate and manage technical projects from inception through to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time.
● Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, to ensure technical requirements are understood and met.
● Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety requirements.
Job Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical management role.
● Strong leadership and team management abilities.
● Excellent project management and organizational skills.
● Proficiency in using technical and project management software.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Day
-8am-12pm, 1pm-6pm (Monday to Thursday)
-8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm (on Friday)
Public Holiday: 22 days / year (Follow Labor Law
