Project Manager (Agriculture Sector)

-Oversee all aspects of the two assigned agricultural projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and efficient resource allocation. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources for commodities such as rubber, cassava, bamboo, and horticulture. -Contribute to the development of monthly and annual activity and budget plans, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines. -Organize, collect, and consolidate reports from Project Supervisors or Farm Supervisors, providing timely and accurate information to relevant stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication between the sub-companies, the group, and inter-departmental teams. Communicate and report project updates to key external partners, such as the Ratanakiri Department of Agriculture. -Manage and support day-to-day operations at project sites, addressing operational challenges and ensuring smooth execution of project activities.
