- Check the purchase request from each project and department by Cusen System
- Conduct product research and source new suppliers and vendors (Analyze potential vendors and suppliers for future project needs) for quotation.
- Inform and report to the purchasing supervisor and manager for review and selection.
- Process documents in the system from Purchase Request to Purchase Quotation (PQ) for seeking approval.
- Process document for purchase order (PO) for approval.
- Check with the vendor or supplier to order the products, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare the final document for payment to the vendor or supplier.
- Regularly compare prices charged by suppliers with those of other vendors in the markets to ensure that the Company can always buy at the best possible price without jeopardizing.
- Maintaining regular communication with departments on deliveries and outstanding orders.
- Sourcing supplies and negotiating commercial terms.
- Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals (Request quotes to compare price and quality).
- Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters.
- Update and maintain records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
- Establish professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location on time.
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
Qualification and Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related fields;
- At least 2 years of experience in Purchasing or similar role;
- Ability to source suppliers for different goods and services;
- Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing in English
- Fast and efficient worker, able to work under pressure and highly responsible;
- Negotiation skills;
- Computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, Internet & Email)
