• Master’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or equivalent • Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry handling direct and indirect procurement; • Candidates with QS or Contracts background is preferred; • Familiar with local and neighboring markets for construction materials; • Significant previous procurement experience with responsibility for delivery of procurement benefits including financial savings; • Experience in leading a new Procurement department in at least two blue-chip organizations that have crossed functional and business boundaries; and • Experience of working with a fragmented user base in multiple locations
