1. Job Responsibilities: • Greeting and assisting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. • Issuing invoices to customers and facilitate with supplier as needed. • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs. • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans. • Ensuring the hygiene in the reception area & appointment room. • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls. • Sorting and distributing mail. • Facilitating medicine stock by liaising with employees and supplier • Organizing appointments/ meetings. • Other duties as assigned by manager. 2.
