Job Description:  Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material  Greet and welcome guests  Answer questions and address complaints  Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages  Receive letters, packages ….  Keep updated records and files  Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement:  Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position  Knowledge of office management  English for communication  Good knowledge of MS Office Excel and Word  Strong communication and people skills  Problem-solving skills  High School diploma  Good interpersonal, communication skills  Honest, hardworking & commitment.
