Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting Visitors: Welcome and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they sign in and are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support
- Customer Service: Assist with customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services and products.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and employees.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient operation and communication within the company.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms are clean & tidy
- Record Keeping: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
