JOB DESCRIPTION • Perform recruitment tasks: Control headcount, develop recruitment plans, handle hiring requests, post job openings, screen resumes, manage candidate information, organize recruitment tests, conduct interviews, and prepare reports. Build a pool of potential candidates to fill positions during staffing shortages. • Perform regular and unexpected personnel assessments. JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualifications • Graduated from university with majors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, and Economics. Age & Health Requirements • Age: 22 – 45 years old • Good physical health to meet job demands. Work Attitude • Possess a positive work mindset, a progressive spirit, perseverance, and the ability to find solutions to overcome difficulties and challenges. • Dynamic, creative, and willing to contribute to the company. • Inspire motivation among the team and encourage employees to work effectively. Competencies • Confident, assertive, and decisive in the job; respect the management system and foster a spirit of teamwork and unity. Skills Professional Skills: Well-versed in recruitment and employee evaluation; capable of understanding, assessing, and analyzing the labor market in Cambodia. General Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English. Highly skilled in using Office applications. Strong reporting, presentation, and public speaking skills. Able to prepare documents, conduct training, and coaching.
