3. Responsible for the search, interview, evaluation of candidates and the organization and coordination of on-site job fairs for job seekers.
3、负责对求职者的搜索、面试、评估侯选人及现场招聘会的组织统筹。
Job requirements:
任职要求：
1. Familiar with the recruitment process, with rich recruitment experience and skills;
1、熟悉招聘流程，具有丰富的招聘经验和技巧；
2. Honest, loyal and trustworthy, rigorous in work, with good language and writing skills;
2、正直，忠诚守信，工作严谨，具有很好的语言文字表达能力；
3. Strong sense of responsibility and career ambition, good professional dedication, strong work initiative, and enterprising;
3、较强的责任感和事业心，敬业精神佳，工作主动性强，有上进心；
4. Good professional ethics, good at communication and coordination, strong sense of teamwork;
4、良好的职业道德，擅于沟通与协调，团队合作意识较强；
Work Conditions
*Working hours: 8:30-5:30
*Working date: Monday to Saturday
*Public holidays: in accordance with Cambodian labor law
*Annual leave, sick leave, special leave
*Meals, fuel, parking fees
