◉ Overview:
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Representative of Stock Control. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient management of our inventory. This position requires proficiency in both Khmer and English languages, as well as excellent communication skills, strong data management capabilities, and the ability to handle various office tasks.
◉ Responsibilities:
1) Stock Monitoring:
■ Regularly monitor and update stock levels for various products within the company.
■ Conduct routine stock audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
2) Data Management:
■ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, including stock quantities, movements, and adjustments.
■ Utilize inventory management software to track stock and generate reports.
3) Communication:
■ Collaborate with different departments to gather information on stock needs and consumption trends.
■ Communicate effectively with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any stock-related issues.
4) Problem Resolution:
■ Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, addressing any issues related to overstock or stock-outs promptly.
5) Documentation and Reporting:
■ Generate regular reports on stock levels, consumption patterns, and any relevant KPIs.
■ Maintain organized documentation related to stock control activities.
6) Office Tasks:
■ Assist in general office tasks related to stock control and management.
■ Organize and maintain documentation related to inventory processes.
■ Work closely with other departments to streamline overall business operations.
◉ Qualifications:
■ Fluency in both Khmer and English (spoken and written).
■ Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
■ Proficient in data management, including experience with inventory management software.
■ Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in record-keeping.
■ Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.
■ Prior experience in stock control, inventory management, or a related field is an advantage.
■ Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
■ Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
