Resort Operation Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: • Supervise and coordinate activities across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Spa, and Recreation. • Ensure all departments operate efficiently and in alignment with resort standards and guest expectations. • Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement service improvements. • Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and urgency. • Promote a guest-centric culture among all staff. • Recruit, train, and mentor department supervisors and team members. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement. • Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable work environment • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency and quality. • Monitor daily operations to identify areas for process improvement and cost control. • Ensure timely maintenance and cleanliness of all resort facilities. • Assist in budget preparation and monitor departmental expenditures. • Optimize labor scheduling and inventory usage to maintain profitability. • Support revenue-generating initiatives and cost-saving strategies. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments. • Lead emergency response planning and training.
JOB REQUIREMENT: • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in resort or hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
