Restaurant Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including front and back of the house. - Monitor and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. - Oversee staff recruitment, training, and scheduling. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. - Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional and courteous manner. - Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies. - Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability. - Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and operational improvements. - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. - Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment. - Analyze financial reports and identify areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. REQUIREMENT Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred. - Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role. - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Exceptional problem-solving skills. - Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems. - Knowledge of financial management and budgeting. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
