Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of Spices Road Bistro-Lounge. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a strong background in hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision: Manage and support front-of-house staff, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service during shifts.
Customer Experience: Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Operational Oversight: Oversee daily dining operations, including table management, staff scheduling, and ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently.
Training & Development: Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain consistent service quality and professionalism.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as restaurant policies and procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination during service.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints and operational issues effectively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Leader, or similar role in a hospitality setting.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service best practices.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
