I. Qualification:
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
● Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Project & Construction, including 2 years in Retail Store.
● Specialty / Knowledge: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
● Language: Proficient in English (If you can speak French, will be given priority).
● Computer literacy: Computer literate and comfortable using POS systems.
II. Requirement:
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Able to analyze store performance and develop strategies for improvement
● Able to work in a fast-paced environment
● Superior management skills
● Natural talent for motivating and developing teams
