I. Key Responsibilities: + Sales Support & Coordination - Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts. - Process and follow up on sales orders, deliveries, and invoicing. - Track and update customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment. + Customer Service - Communicate with customers regarding order status, product information, or complaints. - Maintain a positive customer experience and resolve issues professionally. + Documentation & Reporting - Maintain accurate records of sales data, contracts, and customer files. - Prepare regular sales reports (e.g., monthly sales, forecasts, pipeline updates). + CRM and Data Management - Input and update customer details and interactions in the CRM system. - Generate reports and insights from CRM or Excel for management. + Inventory and Logistics Coordination - Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team on stock availability and deliveries. - Ensure alignment between sales, inventory, and delivery schedules. + Team & Interdepartmental Support - Act as a liaison between sales and other departments (accounting, logistics, procurement). - Help plan sales meetings, team events, or promotions. II. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. - 1–3 years of experience in sales administration or customer support. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM systems. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask. - Good command of English (oral and written).
