Responsibilities • Preparing and maintaining the shipment documentations • Communicate with various vendors and overseas agents • Preparing and sending invoices • Organizing payments or processes transactions on behalf of the client, such as freight charges. • Meeting with customers / vendors • Keeping records of goods dispatched or received. Requirements - Need to know English both written and speaking - Advanced computer skills on MS Office, browsing, Email. - Saler in logistics experience at least 1 year, especially for reaching management positions. - the ability to communicate effectively and clearly - Teamwork and an aptitude for coordinating your work with others - The ability to detect and solve problems. - Who have many years of logistics experience in priority fields Salary & benefits: Negotiable based on qualification. Working hours Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm per week.
