JOB OVERVIEW:
A sales executive will have a strong understanding of sales techniques, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering client satisfaction. As a Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services, identifying new business opportunities, and managing relationships with clients to ensure continued success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES GENERATION:
o Identify and prospect new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calls, referrals, and networking.
o Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
o Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
o Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
o Provide clients with personalized product recommendations and solutions based on their needs.
SALES ADMINISTRATION:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales reports in CRM systems.
o Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
o Monitor and follow up on sales leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
MARKET RESEARCH & COMPETITOR ANALYSIS:
o Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
o Analyze competitor offerings and adjust sales strategies accordingly to gain a competitive edge.
COLLABORATION:
o Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and product launches.
o Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on market trends and customer insights.
