Job Description We are looking for sales driven and aggressive candidate. The successful candidate should have a ready network of dealer / sales points available with good reputation and able to aggressively drive the sales. The role includes • overseeing the showroom operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising that reflects the company's brand identity. • A key focus will be on managing the collection of accounts receivable (AR), implementing efficient processes to ensure timely payments, and fostering strong relationships with clients to enhance financial stability. Duties and Responsibilities ▪ Drive sales, distribution of TV’s nationwide. ▪ Develop and manage dealers, as well as maintain good relationship with dealers. ▪ Able to identify & analyze sales data to ensure correct SKU’s are stocked and re-ordered. ▪ Work with management to ensure sales achieve targets. ▪ Able to work creatively. ▪ Locate and define new product trends and sales opportunities. ▪ Manage downlines or subordinates to ensure targets are achieved. Skills and Requirement ▪ Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales & distribution in home appliances. ▪ Good knowledge of the home appliances sector with wide dealer network. ▪ Demonstrate solid leadership and sales skills ▪ Excellent planning and organisational skills. ▪ Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
