Lead Generation & Prospecting: • Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and industry events. • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach). • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Sales & Account Management: • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Market Analysis & Research: • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends. • Analyze competitor activities and develop competitive strategies. • Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: • Track and analyze sales performance against targets. • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Teamwork & Collaboration: • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to achieve sales goals. • Share best practices and knowledge with the sales team. Accountabilities: • Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads. • Increase market share and expand customer base. • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. • Represent the company professionally and ethically. • Contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline. - At least 3 years of relevant job experience in business development, sales, and marketing. - The candidate should possess the following qualities: self-motivation, critical thinking, strong teamwork, task and goal orientation, flexibility, and a keen attention to detail. - The candidate should have strong business knowledge of software and telecommunications and strong communication and people engagement skills to explore potential business opportunities with partners. - Finally, fluency in Khmer, English, and Chinese is a plus.
