Kambio Nature is a French family-owned company founded in 2014 in Cambodia, specializing in organic natural cosmetics and wellness products for both retail and the hospitality industry. With growing demand locally and internationally, we are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join us!
Our goal? To make an impact as a local Cambodian company by sharing the benefits of organic, sustainable, and cruelty-free products.
Your Role
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding our business in Cambodia. If you are passionate about sales and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this is for you!
Key Responsibilities
β
Identify and attract new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones
β
Serve as the main point of contact for retail boutiques, hotels, and businesses
β
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth transactions until payment is received
β
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
β
Occasionally participate in events and fairs
β
Prepare detailed sales reports, track performance, and analyze trends
β
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience
What Weβre Looking For
β Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (B2B sales is a plus)
β Fluent in Khmer & English
β Strong time management and organizational skills
β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
β Problem-solving and negotiation expertise
β Degree in marketing, sales, communication, or business management (preferred but not mandatory)
