Position Description • Handling sales channel • Actively promote and sell insurance products to customers. • Achieve individual and team sales targets. • Identify new business opportunities within the customer base • Cross Sale with Bancas Customer • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to facilitate cross-selling of insurance products. • Collaborate with bank branches to organise sales campaigns and promotional activities. • Prepare regular sales and activity reports for management review. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the bank’s and insurance company’s products. • Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities • Performs other tasks as assigned by upper-level management.
Position Requirement • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields • At least 1year experience sale • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or insurance industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong customer service orientation. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office applications. • Primarily office-based with frequent travel to bank branches and partner locations • Hardworking, high responsibilities, patient, teamwork
