Roles & Responsibility
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Prospect and qualify new leads within the food and beverage industry.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify and address customer needs, recommending solutions and products.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
• Other tasks assigned by managements
Job Requirements
• Minimum 1 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the food and beverage industry in Cambodia (a plus).
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
