Also, the company is pioneer in Bangladesh to work with cutting edge technology like stem cell solution, advance laparoscopy, modular OT, etc. Now the company expending is business in Cambodia market to contribute in the development of its healthcare industry.
Job Overview: The Sales Manager - Medical Equipment is responsible for build the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the organization's medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: • Hire & build a sales team for Cambodia market. • Lead the team for sales growth. Business Development: • Identify new business opportunities both in private and government hospital. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and distributors. • Negotiate and close contracts with clients to achieve revenue objectives. Customer Relationship Management: • Ensure excellent customer service by resolving client inquiries and addressing issues promptly. • Develop long-term partnerships with customers by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: • Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports for senior management. • Forecast sales trends and adjust strategies to achieve financial goals.
Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background: • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. • Medical Graduate preferred. Experience: • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. • Proven track record of success in the medical equipment sales. • Is Government tender projects will get to work privilege. Key Skills: • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Industry Knowledge: • Familiarity with medical equipment, devices, or related products. • Understanding of healthcare industry regulations and purchasing processes.
