Sales Executive / Sales Manager in a Food & Agriculture Certification Company.

Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Manager Department: Business Development / Sales Location: Phnom Pemh Reports To: Country Manager / Regional Sales Director

We are a leading food and agriculture certification company offering globally recognized certification services (e.g., BRCGs, IFS, GlobalG.A.P., Organic, HACCP, etc.). Our mission is to promote sustainable, ethical, and safe practices across the food and agriculture supply chain.

Job Summary:
The Sales Executive/Manager is responsible for driving sales and business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing partners in the agriculture, food processing, and export sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to consult clients on certification services that add value to their business.

Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities for certification and auditing services within the agriculture and food industry. • Promote certification standards such as Rainforest Alliance, GlobalG.A.P., Organic, HACCP, etc., to potential clients. • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. • Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs. • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. • Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of services. • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system. • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to build brand awareness and network. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. • Provide feedback to management for service and product improvement.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field. • Minimum 2-5 years of sales or business development experience (preferably in agribusiness, food certification, sustainability, or consulting). • Familiarity with food safety and sustainability certification schemes is a strong advantage. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong networking and client relationship management capabilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. • Willingness to travel as needed (domestically and regionally).

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience selling certification or audit services (BRCGS, IFS, HACCP, GMP, GlobalG.A.P., Organic, etc.) • Existing network in agriculture, food export, or food processing industries. • Multilingual capabilities (English required; Khmer language proficiency).
