**Job Summary**: The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the software design industry and a proven track record in sales management.
**Key Responsibilities**: - **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives. - **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth. - **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. - **Sales Forecasting**: Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management. - **Negotiation and Closing**: Oversee the negotiation and closing of major deals and contracts. - **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals. - **Training and Development**: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team. - **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the software design industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
