Job Title: Sales Manager Report to: General Manager Salary: $1K-$1.2 K Job Location: Head Office – Fields in Phnom Penh & Province Working day: Monday to Friday and Saturday Morning Working Hour: 8am to 5pm / 8am to 12pm on Saturday Employment status: Permanent staff Role 1. Lead the creation and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Manage the sales team to achieve both individual and collective sales goals. 2. Identify and pursue new clients, establishing relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers. 3. Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and prompt resolution of any concerns or needs. 4. Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, tenders, and bid submissions. Ensure accurate forecasting and effective planning to achieve sales objectives. 5. Manage the sales budget, analyze financial performance, and ensure cost-effective operations. 6. Review sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed. 7. Train, and develop the sales team. Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership, coaching, and performance management. 8. Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and seize new opportunities. 9. Provide timely and comprehensive reports to the executive team regarding sales performance, market trends, and business development activities. 10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales activities with overall business operations. 11. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. 12. Perform other duties as assigned by management. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus. 2. Up to 5 years of experience in a senior sales role, with a proven track record of managing and growing sales teams within a large organization. 3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a sales team. 4. Excellent knowledge of sales strategies, processes, and market dynamics. 5. Proficient in developing and executing sales plans, including conducting market research and competitive analysis. 6. Strong negotiation, presentation, and decision-making skills. 7. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities. 8. High level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
