As a Sales Officer at BSL, you will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties. You will work closely with potential buyers and sellers, guiding them through the entire real estate process from initial contact to closing the deal.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and cultivate potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and online marketing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Property Listings:
Market properties effectively through online listings, print media, and social media.
Conduct property showings and open houses.
Prepare and present property brochures and marketing materials.
Sales Process:
Guide clients through the entire sales process, including property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry news.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Prepare and review sales contracts and other legal documents.
Requirement
Honest, royalty, reliable and committed
Good at marketing research
Patience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Commercial awareness
Excellent sales and negotiation skills and strong problems solving skill
Ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team
Ability to develop in-depth knowledge about products and markets
Knowledge of Chinese and PC skill (office, internet)
