The Healthcare sales officer is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the hospital’s services, enhance patient engagement, and build strong community relationships. The role involves collaboration with medical staff, administrative teams, and external partners to communicate the hospital’s values and offerings effectively.
Responsibilities
Implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to boost hospital visibility and attract new patients. Follow up with key existing partners. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Plan and manage participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events. Work closely with clinical operations, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on branding and messaging Develop relationships with key community stakeholders, including local businesses, healthcare providers, and service organizations. Organize community outreach programs and health fairs to promote services and educate the public on health issues. Design programs and initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and engagement. Manage patient feedback and online reviews to improve the hospital's reputation. Conduct market research to understand patient needs, preferences, and behaviors. Utilize data to inform and refine marketing strategies. Provide regular reports to management on marketing performance, including metrics related to patient acquisition and brand awareness. Use findings to make data-driven decisions for future marketing activities. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 1+ years of sales or marketing experience, experience in healthcare, or life sciences is plus Proven success in designing and implementing marketing strategies that drive measurable results. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in project management and ability to manage multiple priorities. Note: Only Cambodian candidates will be considered.
