We are seeking talented candidates for the position of Sales Preorder to enhance the sales of our product line in the food and beverage industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Promote and sell food and beverage products to retailers, markets, supermarkets, and distributors.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, serving as the primary contact between customers and our company.
- Identify new business opportunities within the territory and maximize sales with existing accounts.
- Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations to showcase product value and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a monthly and annual basis.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track and enhance performance.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and industry gatherings.
- Work closely with logistics and operations to ensure smooth delivery and fulfillment of pre-orders.
- Maintain up-to-date sales records and customer data using CRM and internal systems.
**Job Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the food and beverage sector.
- Familiarity with pre-order sales processes and the supermarket/mart landscape.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation, pitching, and closing abilities.
- Confident in presenting products in person and adapting to customer needs.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, customer lifecycle, and corporate client management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, internet research, and CRM tools.
- Basic proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
