Our Aluminum Window and Door Company is looking for a Sales Representative with Duties as below
Duties
• បទពិសោធន៍ 1-2 ឆ្នាំក្នុងផ្នែកលក់ ឬសេវាកម្មអតិថិជន ក្នុងវិស័យសំណង់ ឬអាលុយមីញ៉ូម។
• សិក្សាវិភាគស្ថានភាពទីផ្សារ និងរៀបចំផែនការលក់
• ស្វែងរក និងចុះជួបអតិថិជនផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មានទូទៅអំពីផលិតផល
• សិក្សាពីតម្រូវការអតិថិជន និងឆ្លើយតបរាល់មតិយោបល់នានាអំពីផលិតផលបង្អួច និងទ្វារអាលុយមីញ៉ូម
• ទទួលការបញ្ជាទិញពីអតិថិជន និងត្រួតពិនិត្យការងារ
• បំពេញការងារផ្សេងៗតាមការចាត់តាំងរបស់ថ្នាក់គ្រប់គ្រង
Requirements
• មានភាពស្មោះត្រង់ ក្លាហាន មានទំនូលខុសត្រូវក្នុងការងារ និងតួនាទី
• គោរពពេលវេលាអោយបានទៀងទាត់មានភាពឆ្លាតវៃក្នុងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហា
• មានផ្នត់គំនិតរៀន និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៏ចំណេះដឹងជាប្រចាំ
• ចេះប្រកុំព្យូទ័រ MS. Word, Excel, Power Point, E-mail.
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our company, Aluminum Door and Window. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting our aluminum window and door products, and assisting in closing sales deals. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to achieving the company's sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
Identify potential customers and generate leads.
Present and demonstrate aluminum window and door products to clients.
2. Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Address customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
3. Sales Execution:
Prepare and send quotations in collaboration with the sales team.
Follow up on quotations and negotiate terms to close sales.
4. Market Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to improve products and services.
5. Personal Development:
Take initiative in learning about aluminum window and door products, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
6. Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Support in preparing sales reports.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally in the construction or aluminum industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Honest, Open-minded and willing to embrace new challenges.
• Khmer and English (Basic) Language
