Responsibilities:
• To coordinate between customer and customer service/technical team
• To be the point of contact between customer and company
• Problem solving and response to different kind sales queries
• Issue quotation and agreement, credit term
• To present the product/service to the customer when required
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status
• Customer call (not KPI)
• Sales Target (not required)
Requirement
• Bachelor degree in any related field
• At least 02 years-experience in sales/marketing
• Strong negotiation and problem solving
• Good communication in English
• Good discipline and very flexible
Working Condition:
• 6 working days (01 day off, Sat/Sun)
• 8h-12h & 1h30-5h30
• Public Holiday (Partial)
