Responsibilities
• Guiding customers through product selections in our showroom space while providing top-rated customer service.
• Offering expert advice to the customer on design, color, and pattern choices to help them make an informed decision on their purchase.
• Processing sales transactions, handling customer queries, and maintaining customer relationships post-sale.
• Managing showroom visual merchandising and ensuring the showroom looks presentable at all times.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate for the role will have:
• Previous experience in a sales or showroom consultant role.
• A solid background in interior design or a keen interest in home decor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer care.
