Job Summary: This role is responsible for promoting and selling products including Medical Equipment/Laboratory Equipment/Surgical Equipment to the Public Sector. It mainly involves the whole sales process including creating sales leads till payment collection from customers. Job Description: 1. Being willing to acquire in-depth knowledge of the products and share with the customers in purposes of getting the interest and sales to achieve the company’s target and KPI set. 2. Engage in consultative selling, where the focus is on understanding the customer's needs to offer tailored solutions. 3. Keep building close relationships with both existing and new customers. 4. Manage customers and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, preparing reports and marking suggestion solutions to management to meet both the customer's needs and the company's objectives. 5. Collect market information, analyze data, monitor market status for implement sales and marketing strategies of the team, and increase brand awareness of company and products. 6. To explore competitor activities, regulatory changes, and industry developments to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market and to expand the product portfolio or suggest the adjustment to the current product portfolio to support the market trend. 7. Communicate with the principles on the product knowledge, price, market information, sales & purchase plan and product recall. 8. Communicate with internal partners including sales admins, service engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth process of purchase, sales and after-sales-service. 9. Attend training or workshops/seminars organized by the principles and our company. 10. In some cases, provide on-site support with engineers for the installation and user training, and ensure successful closing the sales orders. 11. To provide brief daily activities, weekly plan and report to the Business Manager 12. To perform other related tasks assigned by the Business Manager and HOD Job Requirement: ● Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, nursing, medicine, or biomedical engineering. ● Any degrees with sales experience in medical equipment. ● Minimum 1 years’ experience ● Selling, Negotiation & presentation skill ● Good in English speaking, writing and listening skill (Chinese or Thai is a plus) ● Conflict management, fostering collaboration ● Communication and interpersonal awareness ● Work and Change management ● Computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. ● Customer focus, problem solving, adaptability, networking ● Resilient and striving for achievement.
