JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Contract schedule: One-year contract with extension
Reporting line: Sales & Marketing Manager

Our company manufactures all kinds of HDPE/LDPE pipes and fittings to meet the needs of customers in the water supply, agriculture, irrigation, industry and real estate sectors.
K&K Pipe Cambodia uses state-of-the-art machinery and equipment that does not harm the environment and the health of consumers. The whole factory and its production chain comply with international standards, focusing on safety, well-being and neatness. Given the growth of our national and international recognitions, we are expanding our team to respond to our customer’s needs. We are recruiting a Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic professional team.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop personal sales strategies and techniques and support in the development of sales team’s skills to maximize sales
• Exhibit effective selling techniques and client development
• Coordinate with dealers/sub dealer to implement sell-in and sell-out programs
• Plan route-to-market actions and execute in key areas
• Strengthen and increase sub-dealer network
• Manage key accounts to maintain and grow sales
• Manage key account distribution customers
REQUIREMENTS
o University degree in Business or marketing degree or related.
o Having Experiences sales and marketing in construction business is advantageous.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
o Good English communication skills for both speaking and writing.
o Efficient management with project planning, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
o Take new challenges with initiatives and execution
o Experience working in solid team and build strong professional relationship with stakeholder and partners
o Able to maintain focus on priorities and deliverables on challenging situation and face of pressure,
o Demonstrate flexibility, developing alternate plans in rapidly changing situations, uncertainty, and adversity
o Must be able to travel to the program implementation in the field i,e, target communities.
o Be able to develop positive working relations with local authorities and other stakeholders particularly at the community level

Responsibilities: Identify and target potential business clients who could benefit from posting job listings on Khmer24.com. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Present and demonstrate the benefits of using Khmer24.com for job postings to potential clients. Understand clients’ hiring needs and recommend appropriate job posting packages. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new clients. Prepare sales reports and forecasts. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related field such as job services, HR, or recruitment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and address clients’ needs. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Knowledge of the job market and recruitment processes is a plus. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). Fluent in Khmer and English. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Working Hours: Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Half-day on Saturday.
• Prepare daily/monthly sale plan • Find and contact new customers to promote and sale products • Follow up and coordinate with customers’ order • Leading sale team in promoting the product to customer and delivery good service to customer in order to achieve sale target • Prepare daily and weekly sales report to sales manager regarding sales problems, and customer complaints • Format preparation for the Sales Document • Checking Sales attendance (Daily, Monthly) • Assist in delivery order • Making sales report and participate meeting • Handle customers complain • Other task assigned by manager
