MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receive, review, and record invoices from suppliers and related financial documents.
- 2. Reconcile bank statement & Fixed asset control.
- 3. Control Petty Cash and Control AP and AR.
- 4. Knowledge about the inventory accounting system.
- 5. Book-keeping all the transactions into the QuickBooks or accounting software.
- 6. Generate or Prepare Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash-flow and other financial statement.
- 7. Check payment Vouchers, which are prepared by an accountant, with sufficient supporting documents
- 8. Join Fixed Asset and inventory count and reconciliation
- 9. Other tasks assigned by management
REQUIREMENT
- Graduate of bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
- At least 02 years of related working experiences.
- General works in accounting such as recording financial transactions and categorize every transaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Proficient to use Microsoft word, Excel, other accounting system.
- Integrity, ability to keep info (such as company information) confidential.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
