Main Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion. • Ensure that all designs comply with Cambodian building codes, regulations, and construction standards. • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members. • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget. • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are maintained. • Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and project updates to clients and management. • Continuously improve design processes and contribute to the company's innovation and growth.
Main Requirements: • Must hold a degree in architecture or a related field. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. • Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). • In-depth knowledge of Cambodian building codes, regulations, and construction standards. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment and autonomously to achieve tasks. • Commitment to upholding company policies and embracing the company's vision, mission, and values. • Fluent in Khmer and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
