PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior Purchasing Officer will be responsible for the following: • Research potential vendors • Knowledge about Construction material, Machine, and Tool• Process purchasing schedule after receiving the approval document • Compare and evaluate products or services provides by suppliers • Follow up purchase order make sure delivery on time • Review quality of purchased products and enter order details with Purchasing Manager • Maintain updated records of purchase product delivery information and invoices • Survey products and marketing research • Make appointments to discuss with suppliers about the product, quality, and price • Creating monthly reports on purchases including cost comparison • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage. Job Requirements • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accountant, Finance or related fields. • Have at least 3-5 years experiences of Construction • Good understanding of vendor sourcing practices and supply chain procedures • Good understanding in warehouse/stock controlling • Demonstrated high level on integrity and discipline • Computer skills, including Ms. Word, Outlook and Excel.
