POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant with expertise in Banner Advertising to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a successful background in digital advertising sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to create advertising solutions that meet clients' needs. - JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Sales Strategy: Drive revenue growth through effective banner advertising sales plans. • Client Management: Build strong relationships, understand client needs, and offer customized solutions. • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts. Leverage existing contacts and industry knowledge to generate new business opportunities. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our advertising solutions. • Market Research: Conduct marketing research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the banner advertising space. • Consultative Selling: Provide expert advice on banner ad options based on client needs. • Proposal Development: Create clear, impactful proposals that highlight the value of our solutions. • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations to close mutually beneficial deals. • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations. • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on digital advertising trends and emerging technologies. • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, provide forecasts, and report progress against targets. - JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • 2+ years in digital advertising sales, especially banner ads. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, platforms, and analytics. • Proven track record of meeting sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). • Communicable in English; or Chinese is a plus. • Willing to meet clients and travel outside. • Valid driver’s license, professional, and creativity in automotive knowledge is a plus. • Be able to be actor of shooting video and photo project - CONTACT HR DEPARTMENT: Address: Near Norton University, KVBC building, St. Keo Chenda, Chroy Changva, Phnom Penh Email: ven*********@libertycarz.comClick To Sent Email Telegram: @venchamroeun Telephone: 061559xxxClick To Call
