1. Issuing the quotation of sales unit, services & spare parts. 2. Timely collect outstanding credit bills from customers 3. Make daily and weekly plan & target 4. Make sales and purchase agreement (SPA) 5. Vehicle/Machine delivery document preparation. 6. Monthly SO excel file report 7. Make services order (sales) for both HGB CV/HI 8. Daily update report profit and loss. 9. Daily report of aftersales’ activities. 10. After sales revenue report by daily (Inquiry, Quotation, invoice & lost sales) 11. Outstanding credit customer report 12. Update customer databases and manage contact information 13. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally 14. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services 15. Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and aftersales activities 16. Prepare contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to sales and aftersales services 17. Daily update workshop report for UD, Volvo, Hino 18. Prepare and submit regular sales and aftersales reports to management by daily 19. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards 20. Other tasks assigned by supervisor
