Shipping Manager

• Develop sales opportunity and work relationships with internal and external customers regarding cargo booking operations -Land freight Logistics, Ship Agency Cargo Booking. • Ensure reliable customer service delivery and on time performance by providing operational direction, shipping documents and other resources required. • Responsible to ensure that all shipping cargo staff adheres to the company policies and procedures, upholding safety and security. • Implement a review and risk assessment process on all SOPs and working practices to identify any unsafe practice areas for quality improvement. • critical issues through liaison with relevant authorities and internal departments to effectively deal with situations. • Assume responsibility for accident investigation, reporting and statistical analysis. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics or Business fields. • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in following industry Land/Sea freight Logistics, Ships Agency Cargo Booking. • Strong and Aggressive sale is a must • Able to do both BD Sales and Shipping Documentation • Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills; • Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, integrity and willing to work as a team. • Can speak English or Thai is more advantage.
