Site Engineer Required

About Us: Capital Arts is a leading signage provider in Cambodia, specializing in delivering premium signage solutions that align with client needs and brand objectives. We are currently undertaking a large-scale signage project at the airport, and we are looking for a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to join our team and oversee the installation phase of the project.
Job Description: As a Site Engineer for the new phnom penh international airport signage project, you will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring smooth execution, and coordinating the installation process. You will ensure that the project is completed according to design specifications, within budget, and on schedule while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the installation of signage at the airport site, ensuring adherence to design and safety standards. Coordinate and manage the daily operations on-site, including supervising contractors and workers. Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. Monitor and report on the progress of the project, highlighting any issues or delays. Conduct quality control checks to ensure that the signage meets the required specifications. Liaise with the project manager, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during the installation phase. Maintain a safe and efficient working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations. Manage materials and equipment required for the project and ensure their proper use. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Site Engineer (3+ years preferred), with a focus on signage, construction, or related fields. Experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably in airport or public space installations. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control. Proficiency in project management and site coordination. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle on-site challenges. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams. A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required. Knowledge of signage materials, installation techniques, and regulations is a plus.
