Responsibilities:
• Prepare requirements documents, system user manuals, Functional Specifications, and other related documents.
• Coordinate with third parties or team members to update the progress of projects and remove any blockers.
• Troubleshoot and implement solutions for issue resolution.
• Working closely with users and relevant team members.
• Analyst issues and be able to propose solutions/workaround.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of work experience with information technologies and system analysis.
• Experience in Games (iOS, Android, Website) is a plus
• Has experience in programming & API Development is a plus.
• Team working and quality of work mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
