Ordering and Procurement: - Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of stock. - Analyze sales trends and forecast future inventory needs to make informed purchasing decisions. Data Analysis and Reporting: - Utilize inventory management software to track stock, orders, sales, and deliveries. - Generate reports on inventory performance, including turnover rates, stock... Team Management: - Supervise and train stockroom staff in inventory control procedures and best practices. - Foster a culture of accuracy and accountability within the team. Process Improvement: - Identify areas for improvement in inventory management processes and implement solutions. - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for stock management. Collaboration: - Work closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to align inventory with business needs. - Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide insights on inventory status and challenges. Compliance: - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards related to inventory management.
