### Key Responsibilities as a Store Manager: 1. Administrative Tasks: -Close daily sale report - Work with managing director, operation manager, admin/hr department, sale/marketing department, accounting department and other related department - Planning, budgeting the income and expense -Conduct training to improve staff performance - Initiate new idea, concept for improvement in the store - Problem solving: staff issue, customer complaint, stock issue, supplier issue - Flexible and able to adjust based on the situation - Join training with management and other store managers - Prepare document/monthly roster for store - Deal with local authority - Other tasks assigned by management.
