Daily duty :
1. Making Invoice
- Tax Invoice
- Commercial Invoice
- Loan Invoice
2. Update cash book and bank reconcile
3. Account receivable
- Checking AR and clear AR compare with report from collector.
- Checking loan payment from report collector.
4. Update Inventory compare with report from warehouse manger
5. Posting all data in system Qucikbooks
Weekly duty:
1. Copy all purchase for keep making apply monthly tax
2. Update data in E-Filling
Monthly duty:
1. Prepare sale invoice
2. Prepare purchase invoice
3. Prepare doucment relate WH & payroll
4. Keyin data in excel ( WH , payroll. Sale & purchase)
5. Posting ( WH,Payroll,Sale & Purchase ) in E-Filling
6. Before 5th sent soft copy of all invoices expense, soft copy import documents, sale journal & Salary List, to Agency for prepare Monthly Tax Declaration.
7. Verify report from agency compare with report internal
8. Prepare Financial report to FM
- Balance Sheet
- Profit & Loss
- Inventory report
- Fixed assets list
- Bank reconcialiation
Yearly duty:
1. Prepare report for submit to ACAR
2. Prepare AR , AP and all documents for auditor ( auditor prpose)
3. Prepare list inventory for auditor
4. Prepare list fixed assets for auditor
5. Prepare bank statement and cash book for auditor
Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree in accounting/ finance or any relevant fields
• Has completed or commenced postgraduate accounting studies, e.g. CAT or
ACCA is advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position of management level
• Excellent in communication skills
• Advanced Excel Skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables
• Certified Cambodia Taxation
• Knowledge in Financial Analysis
• Have a flare for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate
impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude.
