Position Overview: We are seeking a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support our educational programs. As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide crucial assistance to teachers and ensure the well-being of young students. This is a rewarding position that involves both instructional support and nurturing care for children. Responsibilities: Collaborate with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment for students. Assist with the implementation of instructional activities and lesson plans. Provide individualised attention and support to students' academic and social development. Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom, ensuring student well-being. Support students with personal care needs, including hygiene and well-being. Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their emotional and social growth. Contribute to the organisation and preparation of classroom materials and resources. Assist with record-keeping, progress tracking, and other administrative tasks. Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure effective communication with parents/guardians. Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting young learners. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of young students.
