JOB TITLE: Technical Trainer LEVEL: K2 NUMBER OF HIRING: 1 JOB CATEGORY: Full-Time SALARY RANGE: Negotiable JOB LOCATION: Phnom Penh

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare a detailed action plan and budget for the training course and responsible activities - Prepare and update training material for the new model, core training - Check the quality of translation based on terminology and group discussion - Support prepare training aids and prepare test sheets, Skill worksheets, and results from core training - Support process printing, quality check, and delivery to NCX/DLR on time - Conduct core training, GRS training both internal and external - Prepare core training, monthly reports, and progress update - Prepare PDCA report and other report quarterly - Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Motorcycle or Automobile, Vocational Training, and or related fields - Experience as Technical, Technical Instructor, Technician in Motorcycle or Automobile and undergraduate student is also welcomed. - Knowledge of Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - English (reading, writing, Listening & Speaking) - Translation of technical words into Khmer - Open-minded to learn new things and ability to work under pressure
