• Keep daily checking on building, grounds, equipment, and related facilities of building. • Provide daily report to operation supervisor and property manager for all issues of requesting, complaining and maintaining. • Do handy work with repairing for all blaming and electrical accessories or facilities. • Keep recording on usage of water and electric supplies • Arrange the weekly schedule for maintaining swimming pool and provide recommend for issues. • To make sure that all security system such as fire alarm, smoke alarm and fire exhausting are maintenance and working with good conditions. • Check water system to make sure that, the whole building has enough water to supplies the building. • Make sure the electricity system is well maintaining and organized • Other tasks by management.
