Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI & UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences. As a UI & UX Designer, you will collaborate with our development and product teams to create seamless and engaging user experiences for our applications.

Responsibilities:

Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
Develop and maintain design documentation and guidelines
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and process
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense
Problem-solving mindset and creative thinking abilities
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with responsive and adaptive design
Familiarity with prototyping tools and usability testing methods
Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines
Understanding of front-end development and its impact on design
