Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Certiport courses to individual students and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for employee upskilling. This role requires a proactive approach to identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients, including individual students and SMEs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Present and promote Certiport courses to prospective clients.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate course recommendations.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the school.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Knowledge of IT is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English and Khmer is preferred.
